      How to Use

      Add the Oil into a pressure cooker and on medium heat, add the Initial Mix and toast the jeera for 10-20 seconds until fragrant.

      Add onion and garlic (onion packet) and saute until they become transluscent.

      Add the Tomatoes and the Masala Mix and saute for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oil splits from the gravy.

      Add the Paste along with 1 cup (240ml) water, bring the mixture to boil and cook for 3-4 minutes until the raw spinach taste goes away.

      Add the Paneer (Carrier Mix) to the pan and mix it and cook for 1-2 minutes.

      Serve Hot.
