    How to Use

    Add the Oil into a pressure cooker.

    Add Onion and saute until onions start lightly browning (3-5 mins) and then the ginger garlic paste (Paste) and saute for 1 minute.

    Add the Tomatoes and the Masala Mix and saute for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oil splits from the gravy.

    Add the Vegetables Mix along with 0.5 cup of water (120ml).

    Close the pressure cooker and wait for the steam to release after which you place the weight on top.

    Cook for 4 whistles on medium heat or until the vegetables are soft and mashable.

    Turn the gas off and let the pressure naturally release before you open it.

    Open the cooker, mash up all the vegetables to your preference of smoothness.

    Add the Garnish and serve hot.

    NOTE : Adjust consistency by adding water or boiling and reducing the mixture.

    Toast the Pav Buns in butter in a Tawa/Pan until light golden brown or toasted to your preference.
