Return & Refund Policy

We don’t accept returns as this is a freshly delivered product. However, if you do not like our service or the quality of the meal kit served is bad, we provide a 100% money back policy on those orders after examining the photos of the product received. 

If you are not using the meal kit on the same day of purchase, we suggest you refrigerate it until consumption and we don't recommend consuming the meal kit even after 2 days of refrigeration.

To be eligible for the money back policy, kindly send the photos of the product to the business WhatsApp Account of our organisation or send an email to support@hogwhat.com.

Refunds
Once the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at +917826282723 or email us at support@hogwhat.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
